Hello, my name is Sarah Kirkpatrick. Together, my husband Tim and I have many years of experience in child care, patience, and leadership. We love to teach children, and have taken various college level courses toward a degree in Early Childhood Education. In addition to work experience and college education, we also attend child care trainings offered through Child Care Resource and Referral. These courses are mandated by the State of Iowa for child care providers who are registered with the State of Iowa. We are also infant/child/adult CPR and FIRST AID certified.
Your child will learn and grow in a loving, developmentally appropriate environment. Our family child care home in Dike is clean, child proofed, has safety emphasis and is supplied with age appropriate toys. We have a large, fenced in back yard filled with a play house & Little Tikes/Step2 play equipment to play with and explore.
We offer your child a loving, safe, and nurturing environment to learn and grow in. The daycare home is smoke free at all times, not just when your child is present. Our daycare home is located in Dike, Iowa 50624. We are a short walking distance from the elementary school and public library. And yes, transportation to and from Dike Elementary school is provided! Your child will be in a safe loving and learning home for the short time they cannot be in yours.
